At Online Dive Gear (ODG), we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your ODG account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, into a secure shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside.
Ship It Back
Send your package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure your dive gear arrives safely for processing.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
